Pumpkin Chia Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (we used unsweetened coconut yogurt)
1 cup Purely Elizabeth original oatmeal
1T hemp seeds
2T chia seeds
1 cup pumpkin puree
4T Nuttzo Pumpkin Spice nut butter
1-1/2 cups milk we used (coconut milk)
1T maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake. Place the jars in the refrigerator overnight and they'll be ready to eat in the morning!
