INGREDIENTS¾ cup gluten-free oats
¾ cup coconut flour
1 ½ tbsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1/3 cup apple sauce
¼ cup crunchy Peanut Pro NuttZo
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup chocolate chips (dairy free brand)
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
1 1/2 cup coconut flour
3 tbsp cinnamon
6 eggs
2/3 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup crunchy Peanut Pro NuttZo
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips (dairy free brand)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
2 1/4 cup coconut flour
4 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
9 eggs
1 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup crunchy Peanut Pro NuttZo
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy free brand)
3/4 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350F.
Make oat flour by pulsing ¾ cup oats in a food processor and blend until fine.
Combine oat flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, and baking powder together in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix until combined (eggs, apple sauce, Peanut Pro NuttZo)
Fold in chocolate chips and almonds.
On a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, flatten dough into a circle about 3/4 – 1 inch thick.
Cut into 8 slices.
Cook for about 22 minutes.
