NuttZo Tahini Fusion & Lemon Juice Dressing

DESCRIPTION

This dressing is so simple and so delicious you’re going to have a hard time not drinking it straight! Drizzle it over your favorite greens or roasted veggies. You’ll want a jar of this in your fridge at all times!


INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup NuttZo 5-seed Tahini Fusion
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 meyer lemon, juiced (may substitute w/ any lemon variety)
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp chili sauce if you like it spicy
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp water to thin out the consistency

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl add minced garlic to lemon juice and marinate for 10 minutes to cut the potency of the garlic. Add remaining ingredients, mix to combine well, and it’s ready to drizzle over your favorite greens or roasted veggies. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
