Massaged Power Fuel NuttZo Kale Salad
INGREDIENTS
1.5 tbsp crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 tbsp water
6–8oz kale
Preferred toppings – ex: cherry tomatoes, red onion, diced avocado, sunflower seeds, etc.
Optional: Protein of choice

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
4 tbsp water
12–16oz kale
Preferred toppings – ex: cherry tomatoes, red onion, diced avocado, sunflower seeds, etc.

4 1/2 tbsp crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo
3 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
6 tbsp water
18–24oz kale
Preferred toppings – ex: cherry tomatoes, red onion, diced avocado, sunflower seeds, etc.
Optional: Protein of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except kale, together in a small mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Pour kale into a large mixing bowl.
Pour dressing over kale and get those hands dirty! Gently massage the dressing into the kale just until the leaves start to wilt (don’t overdo it!).
Top with additional toppings and/or desired protein.
