This single-serve Power Fuel NuttZo Salted Dark Chocolate Brownie is the perfect dessert to make when you want to treat yourself to something decadent and delicious, without all the guilt. We will definitely be topping ours with lots of berries and a nice scoop of chocolate ice cream, because sometimes you want ALL the chocolate. Recipe by Better With Cake.
INGREDIENTS2 T crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo
3 Tablespoons of vanilla almond milk – or milk of choice
1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 T of coconut flour
1 T of cacao
1/4 tsp of instant espresso – Optional to help enhance the richness of the cacao
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
A couple of squares of your fave dark chocolate
4 T crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo
6 tablespoon of vanilla almond milk – or milk of choice
1 tsp of vanilla
4 T of coconut flour
2 T of cacao
1/2 tsp of instant espresso – Optional to help enhance the richness of the cacao
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 pinch of salt
A couple of squares of your fave dark chocolate
6 T crunchy Power Fuel NuttZo
9 tablespoon of vanilla almond milk – or milk of choice
1 1/2 tsp of vanilla
6 T of coconut flour
3 T of cacao
3/4 tsp of instant espresso – Optional to help enhance the richness of the cacao
1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
3/4 tsp of baking soda
3 pinch of salt
A couple of squares of your fave dark chocolate
Pre-heat oven to 175’C?350’F and grease a small baking dish – set aside.
Place all ingredients apart from your chocolate into a small bowl and stir to combine.
Add chocolate and stir until just combined.
Transfer brownie mix to your prepared baking dish. Smooth to the edges.
Bake for 6-10 mins (depending on how fudgy you like your brownies to be)
Allow to cool for a minute or two – note this will be very difficult but you can do it!
To serve, sprinkle with a little extra flaky sea salt, drizzle with melted chocolate (&/or chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo), top with strawberries and a big scoop of your fave ice cream.
