1/2 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp of ground cardamom
1/4 tsp of ground cloves
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup of coconut flour – or protein powder – vanilla or unflavored would work best
2–3 T of almond milk (or filtered water)
1 cup Power Fuel NuttZo
2–4 T of maple syrup (or honey) – more or less to the desired level of sweetness
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp of ground cardamom
1/2 tsp of ground cloves
1/2 tsp of ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
(x2)
1/2 cup of coconut flour – or protein powder – vanilla or unflavored would work best
4–6 T of almond milk (or filtered water)
1 1/2 cup Power Fuel NuttZo
3–6 T of maple syrup (or honey) – more or less to the desired level of sweetness
3 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp of turmeric
1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp of ground ginger
3/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp of ground cardamom
3/4 tsp of ground cloves
3/4 tsp of ground black pepper
A pinch of salt
(x3)
3/4 cup of coconut flour – or protein powder – vanilla or unflavored would work best
6–9 T of almond milk (or filtered water)
Place all ingredients into a medium-size bowl and stir to combine.
Note – If the mixture is a little dry add a little extra milk or water until it comes together
Taste and adjust to the desired level of spice and sweetness – adding a little extra maple syrup/honey or vanilla and extra cinnamon if desired.
Using your hands, roll approx 1 small Tablespoons worth of dough into bite-size balls then set aside_x000B_ – FYI – I like to make my bites on the smaller side. You would probably need 3 of mine to make up one of those golf ball size bites you buy at cafe’s or in stores.
If you are going to coat your bliss bites simply place your cacao & coconut into small bowls or zip lock bags and gently press/shake until nicely coated.
Enjoy
