INGREDIENTS2 eggs
2/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons Peanut Pro NuttZo
1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
4 eggs
1 1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 cup + 4 tablespoon Peanut Pro NuttZo
1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
4 teaspoon vanilla
3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cup chocolate chips
6 eggs
2 cup coconut sugar
1 1/2 cup + 6 tablespoon Peanut Pro NuttZo
3/4 cup coconut oil, softened
6 teaspoon vanilla
4 1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cup coconut flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, coconut sugar, ½ cup of Peanut Pro NuttZo coconut oil and vanilla until smooth.
Next add the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until a cookie dough consistency forms, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Add the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly. Dollop remaining (2 tablespoons) Peanut Pro NuttZo over dough. Feel free to spread it a little so it’s a more evenly dispersed.
Bake for 22-27 minutes until edges are just slightly golden.
