NuttZo Death by Chocolate Flourless Cake

DESCRIPTION

We think Gandhi would agree, don’t wait for a birthday, make this cake today to celebrate the present moment. No one should ever miss out on an opportunity to eat chocolate.


INGREDIENTS

5 eggs
3/4 cup granulated sugar (or monk fruit)
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups chocolate chips
3/4 cup NuttZo Chocolate Power Fuel (or any NuttZo flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Beat eggs in the mixer for one minute.
Add sugar and vanilla extract and mix for another minute.
In a small bowl microwave chocolate chips in 30 seconds intervals until melted.
Slowly add chocolate and NuttZo to the egg/sugar mixture and mix on low for one minute.
Grease a springform pan with cooking spray and add batter.
Bake for 25 minutes and cool for 10 minutes.
Cut around the sides with a butter knife and remove springform pan rim.
Dust with powdered sugar once cake is cool.
Serve with optional whipped topping or ice cream.
