With only 3 ingredients, this is a sweet treat that you just have to make! The star of this recipe is our original Peanut Pro NuttZo. The little cups are a healthy, easy, and delicious sweet treat, that everyone will LOVE!
INGREDIENTS1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup Peanut Pro NuttZo
1 tbsp coconut oil
(Optional) hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, and sea salt for topping
2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup Peanut Pro NuttZo
2 tbsp coconut oil
(Optional) hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, and sea salt for topping
3 cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup Peanut Pro NuttZo
3 tbsp coconut oil
(Optional) hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, and sea salt for topping
Line a mini muffin tin with mini parchment liners.
Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted. Careful not to burn the chocolate (it should only require ~1 minute total).
Pour 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each mini parchment liner. Then, add 1 teaspoon of Peanut Pro NuttZo. After, pour an additional 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate on top.
(Optional) sprinkle on your favorite toppings, such as hemp seeds, cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut shreds, and sea salt.
Store in the refrigerator for 25 minutes, or until the chocolate solidifies. After, serve immediately or keep stored in the refrigerator.
