INGREDIENTS2 egg whites, whisked
1 cup + 2 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
3 tbsp agave
1 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp Peanut Pro NuttZo
2 tbsp Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
½ tsp cacao powder
Optional: powdered peanut butter and additional cacao powder for topping
4 egg whites, whisked
2 cup + 4 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
6 tbsp agave
2 tbsp salted butter
4 tbsp Peanut Pro NuttZo
4 tbsp Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
1 tsp cacao powder
Optional: powdered peanut butter and additional cacao powder for topping
6 egg whites, whisked
3 cup + 6 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
9 tbsp agave
3 tbsp salted butter
6 tbsp Peanut Pro NuttZo
6 tbsp Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo
1 1/2 tsp cacao powder
Optional: powdered peanut butter and additional cacao powder for topping
Preheat oven to 365F.
Combine egg whites in a bowl and whisk until white and fluffy.
Add 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp agave, 1 tbsp butter (melted) to bowl and mix to form the dough.
Split the dough into two halves.
To one half: add 2 tbsp Peanut Pro NuttZo, 1 tbsp flour, ½ tbsp agave, and blend in the food processor until combined.
Roll dough into pea-sized balls, roll in powdered peanut butter (optional), and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
The second half of dough: add 2 tbsp Chocolate Power Fuel NuttZo, 1 tbsp flour, ½ tsp cacao powder, and ½ tbsp agave and blend in the food processor until combined.
Roll dough into pea-sized balls, roll in more cacao powder (optional), and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, let cool completely (they harden as they cool).
Mix together and enjoy the peanut butter chocolate combo!
